Played in the First Annual Golden Eagle Golf Tournament today. Great outing. Wonderful staff and beautiful course. Highly recommend heading north to take a round in. You will not be disappointed.
My new favorite course in the Brainerd area. Beautiful and playable. New management is super friendly and play here regularly now that they are on the Public Country Club program.
This course is absolutely awesome! The course is in excellent condition and every hole is a new experience with up hill and down hill shots and greens that are challenging but not ridiculous! Great clubhouse with great views. The food and drinks are a hair on the pricy side but I would come here any time! Get out here and see this jewel in the woods!
Golden Eagle is definitely a 'must-play' course if you find yourself looking to plan a golf trip in Northern MN. The clubhouse staff is friendly, food is great, and prices are all reasonable. The course has a lot of room to score, and plenty of beautiful scenic holes. Highly recommend visiting in late September when the trees are in full color!
